The first day

I just decided I would keep track of certain health issues that I have and blog about them. Mainly how I eat and exercise.

This week Monday and Tuesday I ran the dogs 4 miles.
Today I went to a cycle class
So far this week I start off at the beginning of the day eating well and by the end I am consuming m&ms, cookies and candy corn.
I have decided I really need to keep track of what I eat. That has been my downfall. So today. So far, I haven't had anything....BAD.
My goal is to eat as soon as I wake up. I heard it jump starts the metabolism.
My goal today it to measure and weigh myself and to have 4 vegetables, NO junk food

i didn't know you started a new blog! that's great that you are being more diligent with all this "stuff". i miss working out and will be excited to have this baby and start running again. there is a great path right near our house that i plan to bike and run on! i am already looking at jogging strollers on craigslist, etc. i am determined to get back down to where i want to be sooner this time around. i feel so blahhh for not being able to exercise!
