Last Night

Yesterday I did fairly well. The only downfall was one bite of a dessert at girls night out. It was a chocolate chip pizza thing. I don't think I got in all of my vegetables either. I got one at dinner. I think that was it. I did have the whole wheat hot breatfast. Last night and the night before I haven't slept that well. I was suppose to go to the gym this morning but couldn't find my membership card. I went back to sleep after everyone was off to school until 9:40. I need to do a bunch of things today but the goal for today again is 4 vegetables and no treats and at least a 30 min workout.
