Weight
I'm not a big believer in checking my weight, but I feel to keep track of how I am doing I am going to weight in everyday. I weighed 164 yesterday. Today 163. I would like to be 135. I did great yesterday with the vegetables and didn't have one treat and ate eggs for breakfast. I didn't get a workout in but did go up and down the stairs a lot putting away food storage. Doesn't really count, but I was fairly active. I went to the doctor about my aching leg problem. He said I definitely have a problem and will need surgery. I need to wear compression hose for 6 weeks first. I need to find out about our insurance and get right on it so that it can be done before the end of the year. I think that would be awesome to fix. I can't stand being in the car for long periods of time because of my leg. Today my goal is to workout, which I already did, and then have 5 vegetables, and no treats.
